Start with the business problem, not the technology.
Most clients come to us because one bottleneck is costing them sales, time or confidence. We find the smallest useful way to remove it.
Bring in more business
Your website gets visits but not enough enquiries
We clarify the offer, make the next step obvious and build fast pages that turn attention into conversations.

Nine things we get asked for most
You don't need to know which one you need. Describe the problem and we'll tell you what it takes to fix it.

Custom business software
The system your team lives in all day. Jobs, stock, staff, orders, approvals — built around how you actually run things, instead of forcing you into someone else's template.
Replaces the spreadsheet everyone is scared to touch.

Websites
Fast, clear and easy to update. Built to be found on Google and to turn visitors into enquiries.

Mobile apps
One app that works on iPhone and Android, in the App Store and Play Store, without building it twice.

AI that does the boring work
Reading invoices and forms so nobody has to retype them. Answering the questions your team gets asked twenty times a day. Summarising long records in seconds. We only use AI where it genuinely saves you hours — and we'll say so when it won't.

Online stores
Selling, payments, stock and delivery in one place.

Booking and scheduling
Appointments, reminders and fewer no-shows.

Dashboards and reporting
The numbers you check every morning, on one screen.

Joining up your tools
Your accounts, payments and CRM talking to each other.

Support and maintenance
We stay on after launch. Same people, same phone number.

Hosting and security
Backups, updates and uptime handled quietly.

Pharmacy & Clinic Management System
HealthcareView projectA prescription and delivery platform where four different groups of people all work from the same records — and every step is recorded, because in healthcare nobody can afford to guess what happened.

Apex Wellness & Learning
Healthcare · Mental HealthView projectAn intensive outpatient mental health provider in California needed a website that felt reassuring rather than clinical — and that made getting help feel like an easy first step.
We've built the complicated kind.
Our pharmacy delivery platform serves four separate groups of people who all need different things from the same system. It is still running, and we're still adding to it.
- user groups served by one platform — patients, clinics, pharmacies, doctors
- 4
- countries we work across — US, UK, Canada, Australia and India
- 5
- services under one roof, so nothing gets handed off to a stranger
- 9
- team in Mohali who answer your emails — no subcontracting

Our work
The project we're happiest to be judged on
Healthcare · long-running
A pharmacy delivery platform, running for years
A patient orders their medicine. A clinic passes the prescription on. A doctor checks it. A pharmacy packs it and sends it out. Four groups of people, four different views of the same order, one system holding it together.
We didn't just build it and leave. We've kept it running and added to it as the business grew — new user types, new rules, new reports.
- Orders tracked end to end, with nobody re-typing anything
- Each group sees only what they need, and only what they're allowed to
- Changes shipped without taking the service down
How we think about it
Most business problems are handover problems
Work rarely breaks in the middle of a job. It breaks when it passes from one person to the next — a form nobody filled in, a message sitting in someone's inbox, a spreadsheet two people edited at once.
So before we write anything, we map the handovers. That's how a system with four different kinds of user stays simple for each of them.
How it works
Four steps, no surprises
You'll know the price and the timeline before any code is written, and you'll see progress every week.
Start at step oneWe listen
A call, thirty minutes. You describe what's slow, manual or annoying. We ask questions until we can explain your business back to you.
You get a plan and a price
Written in plain English: what we'll build, what it costs, how long it takes, and what we'd leave for later. Fixed price where the work is clear.
We build it in the open
Every week you get a link to click on and a short note on what changed. If something feels wrong, you tell us in week two, not month four.
We launch and stay
We train your team, watch the first weeks closely, and keep looking after it. Years later, it's still the same people picking up the phone.
Questions
The things people ask us first
Something else on your mind? Ask it in the form below — we answer properly, not with a brochure.
What does a project cost?
It depends on how much there is to build, and we won't pretend otherwise. A straightforward website is a few weeks of work. A system your whole team uses is bigger. After one call we can give you a range, and after we've written the plan we can give you a number.
How long does it take?
Websites usually take four to eight weeks. Apps and business systems take longer, and we release them in useful pieces rather than making you wait for everything at once.
You're in India and I'm not. Does that work?
It already does. We work with clients in the US, UK, Canada and Australia, and we overlap with your working hours for calls. You get a named person to talk to, not a ticket queue.
I don't know what I need. Can you still help?
That's the normal starting point. Describe what's frustrating — the double bookings, the missed orders, the hours spent copying data — and we'll work out what to build. Sometimes the answer is smaller than you expect.
Who owns what you build?
You do. The code, the accounts and the data are yours, and you can take them elsewhere whenever you like. We'd rather you stay because the work is good.
Can you take over something another team built?
Often, yes. We'll look at what exists, tell you honestly whether it's worth keeping, and give you the cost either way — fixing it or replacing it.
Get a clear next step—not a sales pitch.
Tell us the result you want or the process that is slowing you down. Within one working day, we'll suggest the next sensible step and arrange a short call if it looks like we can help.
